Bengkoang, Effective Skin Brighten

Plus, phenolic substances of yam quite effective in inhibiting the formation of melanin, so the pigmentation due to hormones, sun, and acne scars can be prevented and reduced.

Usage suggestions
Product made from yam could be applied to the face and body. Please try to make their own yam masks.
How: Peel and clean the yam, and until finely grated. Stick it evenly on the surface of the face or skin area stained. Let stand until dry, about 40 minutes, then rinse with clean water. Do it 2-3 times a week.
